Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff starrer movie Bade Miyan Chote Miyan minted Rs. 40 crores on its fourth-day release at the box office. It is directed by famous Indian director, producer, and screenwriter Ali Abbas Zafar and is produced by Vashu Bhagnani, Deepshikha Deshmukh, and Jackky Bhagnani. Bade Miyan Chote Miyan was released on Eid, April 11, and also stars Manushi Chhillar, Alaya  F, Sonakshi Sinha, and Prithviraj Sukumaran. The movie’s fourth-day box office collection in India was recorded at Rs. 9 crore, garnering mixed reviews from the audience.

Stunning audience with jaw-dropping action-packed sequences, the movie revolves around the story of two noble soldiers Firoz (Akshay Kumar) and Rakesh (Tiger Shroff) who together form a team to get back a stolen weapon from Kabir (Prithviraj), who is all set to employ artificial intelligence to destroy the country. Besides, Manushi Chhillar plays the role of Captain Misha and Alaya F dons the character of IT specialist Pam. Sonakshi Sinha plays the role of Priya Dixit and one can also find Ronit Roy in the lead role playing Colonel Adil Shekhar Azad’s character. The film’s music is produced by Vishal Mishra and score by Julius Packiam.

Taking to the review section, a report by Hindustan Times said, “Bade Miyan Chote Miyan ticks most boxes when it comes to serving a masala entertainer that’s massy and classy at the same time. But does it really promise a good time at the movies? It has some good-looking actors, stunning locations, high-octane action, quality VFX, and to top it all, a director like Ali Abbas Zafar who has helmed blockbusters such as Sultan and Tiger Zinda Hai. But where is the novelty?”. Actor-producer Jackky Bhagnani took to his X account (formerly known as Twitter) and shared that the film enjoyed a worldwide collection of Rs. 76.01 crore in the first three days, along with paid premiers and overseas. Sharing his excitement on X, he wrote “Bade Miyan Chote Miyan has made a special place in everyone’s heart and the box office.”

Produced in regional languages like Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada, the film was shot at various locations such as Mumbai, London, Abu Dhabi, Scotland, and Jordan. The Hindi genre of Bade Miyan Chote Miyan recorded a total occupancy of 20.63% on Sunday.

On the work front, Tiger Shroff will be next seen in Singham Again opposite prominent actors like Ajay Devgn and Ranveer Singh, and Rambo with Janhvi Kapoor. He was last seen in the 2023 movie Ganapath with Kriti Sanon and Amitabh Bachchan. Meanwhile, Akshay Kumar is gearing up for his upcoming projects Housefull 5 and Singham Again. Kumar has delivered many hits under his name such as OMG 2, Good Newwz, and Sooryavanshi.
