The much-anticipated movie “Crew” has finally been released on big screens. The response of moviegoers has been quite profitable for the film as it shattered records to become the highest opening day grosser for any Bollywood film ruled by female actors. The box office collection of Crew is displaying a great start to the fiscal year 2024-25. The film was released on Friday, 29 March 2024 and within three days it has accumulated profits in crores. The box office collection figures of Day 3 point out a rise in collection in domestic business against the numbers of the last day.
Three Days Box Office Collection Of Crew
As we mentioned above, the collection of Crew is doing well so far. Even the reports of a film industry tracker, Sacnilk are showing the positive mark of Crew as the film has accumulated Rs 10 crores in its 3rd day of screening. Other reports mention that Crew minted Rs 29.25 crore net at the time of its 3-day run in big screens. The latest report mentioned that the film accumulated Rs 10.25 crore on Sunday, April 31. Even in the opening session, the film made a huge collection of Rs 9.25 crore. On 2nd Day, Crew earned Rs 9.75 crore. The overall collection of the long weekend is Rs 29.25 crore so far in domestic box office collection. In addition to this, the film witnessed 30.00% occupancy on its Hindi screens in the cinema.
Considering the global business of the film, the Ekta Kapoor co-production collected Rs 15 crore overseas. The success of the film has not only lured the attention of moviegoers but has also accumulated widespread acclaim from the Entertainment Industry who expressed their gratitude over the success of the film led by female actors. Anil Kapoor Films & Communication Network made a post on their Instagram account in which they claimed that the Crew accumulated Rs 20.07 crore gross worldwide on 1st Day and Rs 21.06 crore on 2nd Day which made a total of Rs 41.13 crore.

In earlier reports, the production house claimed that the film had made history after becoming the highest collection for a female-led film at its opening. On Sunday, 31 March 2024, the movie registered 29.93% overall Hindi occupancy. Chennai recorded the highest overall occupancy of 63.75%.

Actress Alia Bhatt took to her social media account to congratulate the star cast of Crew and she even expressed her admiration and excitement over the success of the film. She wrote, “This #Crew has smashed the Box Office (BO).”
Ridhi Dogra also added her admiration for the success of the film and made a positive comment on the cast who brought life to the film.
The comment of Bhumi Pednekar also lured the attention as congratulated the team for their stellar performance for making a film worth watching. The Bollywood diva wrote, “Well done ladies, this is incredible”.

The film “Crew” was helmed by Rajesh A Krishnan and was constructed under the production houses Anil Kapoor Films & Communication Network and Balaji Motion Pictures. The film starrer, Kriti Senon, Tabu, and Kareena Kapoor. The trio wooed the audience with their stellar performance. Despite being an average storyline, the trio lured the attention of the moviegoers with their acting skills and stunning performance. Kapil Sharma and Diljit Dosanjh play important roles in the film as well.
The storyline of the film revolves around three flight hostesses. It also depicts ambition, friendship and chasing dreams amid a big heist. The movie displayed how the lives of these three air hostesses (role played by Kriti, Kareena, and Tabu) get complicated when they decide to fulfill a daring plan to change their fate.
