Flydubai's Summer Getaway: 10 New Flight Routes to Explore

Summer vacations are about to start and people are surely wondering where to fly or what are the best destinations to spend vacations. If you are one of those and bored with visiting the same place again and again then this news is for you. Flydubai is all set to take you away to 10 new “summer” destinations. The Dubai-based carrier is working on increasing its seasonal network with 10 new seasonal destinations especially to spend the summer period. These flights will carry passengers commencing from 14 June till 1 September. The news was officially shared by the Chief Commercial Officer of flydubai, Hamad Obaidalla on Wednesday, 8 May 2024. 

In a released statement, Obaidalla states that “at flydubai we are dedicated to providing our passengers with more opportunities to travel during the busy summer period. We have seen growing demand over the last few years on our seasonal summer routes to destinations like Santorini, Bodrum, Mykonos, and Dubrovnik and as we approach the start of these operations, we look forward to offering our passengers from the UAE, and those connecting from across our network, a convenient travel experience to explore these beautiful destinations this summer.”

What Are The Other Plans For Flydubai?

Apart from including 10 new destinations for the summer period, the Dubai-based carrier is also looking to expand its European network. In this regard, flydubai is introducing new flights for 4 new destinations that are:

  • Tallinn
  • Basel
  • Vilnius
  • Riga 

With the introduction of these flights, the Dubai-based carrier is becoming th first national carrier to provide the facilities of direct flights from Dubai to above mentioned destinations. Besides it, in the starting of 2024, flydubai lifted the curtains to introduce these four new routes. These flights are scheduled to start operations later in the year directly from Dubai to these cities.
