With this one-day collection, the movie has become the 7th biggest opener after Jawaan, Animal, Pathaan, Tiger 3, Gadar 2 and Adipurush. With these figures on the opening day, Dunki has made the least successful film of the year as compared to other released films such as Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani and so on.

What Is The Storyline Of The Movie?
This movie has been constructed under the direction of acclaimed filmmaker Rajkumar Hirani, who is known for delivering or making emotional connections with the audience through their films. Sadly, the main aspect of Hirani’s writing is missing in “Dunki” which makes people highly disappointed. However, Hirani is not the sole writer of this film as he has co-written with Kanika Dhillon and Abhijat Joshi. The film has failed to capture the attention of the audience and they seem to be confused about the subject of illegal immigration.
Speaking about the plot of the film is the story of friends Manu (role-played by Taapsee Pannu), Balli (Anil Grover), and Buggu (Vikram Kochhar) who are the natives of a small village in Punjab. Just like a typical Punjabi, they all want to go abroad at any cost to make their lifestyle better. This group of friends has got help from a soldier named Hardy (Shah Rukh Khan). Now, what exactly happened in the film is subject to watch as we all know Punjab has a rich history of migrations both legally and illegally.
