Lok Sabha Election 2024 Full Schedule Announced
The Election Commission of India announced the Lok Sabha Election 2024 schedule on Saturday, 16.03.2024. The legislative assembly elections which last took place in 2019 are again being conducted in 2024 which would decide the next Prime Minister of India and his/her cabinet. Per reports, voting will be conducted in seven phases from 19th April 2024 and the results will be out on June 4, 2024. The Lok Sabha polls schedule for Arunachal Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Sikkim, and Odisha have also been declared.
Polling Phases and Detailed Information
Phase 1
With the Lok Sabha Election 2024 kicking in, the first voting phase will be conducted on Friday, April 19, 2024, Friday. There will be a total number of 102 parliamentary constituencies in this phase. The states with their respective number of constituencies are mentioned below-

The 2019 Lok Sabha Elections
Back then in 2019, the Bharatiya Janta Party won the elections with 303 seats in their favor against Congress which secured only 52 seats. For the 2024 elections, the BJP-led NDA expresses its belief in bagging 400 seats.
